Scheduling & Time Commitment *

When you are asked to serve you will be committing to a Wednesday rehearsal at 6:30pm and then Sunday at 8:15am (warm up) for our 8:45am & 11:15am services. All scheduling will be done through Planning Center Online which requires you to have an email you regularly check. Any scheduling conflicts will be communicated to the team leader through this medium.

Dress Code *

To keep it simple, remember that you are on a large stage in front of a large group of people and that we don't want to be a distraction to anyone. General rules to go by are no shorts, no graphic t-shirts or tank tops. Ladies, if you're going to wear a dress we ask that it be knee length or below. If you choose to wear leggings, yoga pants or other tight fitting bottoms we ask that you style that with either a dress or a large shirt that covers the area below your waistline.

Team Expectations *

Beyond scheduling and communication expectations, we also hold expectations for how we are to behave and interact with one another as a team BOTH on and off the stage. Take a few minutes to read and reflect on Colossians 3:12-17... As believers in Jesus this passage gives us a solid guide for how we are to interact with one another, especially in the context of worship. This ministry requires that we work as a team. This comes with the expectation that sometimes we will need to forgive others shortcomings as well be forgiven of our shortcomings. It is also vital to recognize that by being on the stage people will look to you as leaders. This ministry has a missional aspect to it, and people will learn a lot about Jesus from our conduct both on and off the stage. No one is perfect, but we can still point people to Jesus in the way we handle our failures.
